Hi Michael, I have a quick question for you. What's the best way to fold this rounded corner flat? Do I need to cut triangular notches in it? Thanks for your amazing thread.

Its best to use one of these.

You can close the straight parts untill you are close to the curve.
If you Don’t have one use a piece of wood on the flat surface and clamp it on.
Slowly hammer the straight sections close. When you aproach the corner slowly hammer the corner close.
You need to shrink the material as you close it, this takes time and has to be done evenly.
Keep the back clamped to the wood to keep the outside flat.

Thanks Michael. I'll look for one of those. In the meanwhile Ill give the hammer and wood a go.

In addition you can grind down the corner 50% to have less material to shrink.

The lip is pretty small, I should be able to shrink it.
