I hate dumb questions but here I am. Wrapped up my radiator replacement, ready to refill, bottle of Toyota "Long Life" doesn't state it's a 50/50 mix and owner's manual states "Super Long Life" is a 50/50 mix (my bottle only says "Long Life", maybe this is different???).

Just want to be sure but do I need to dilute this stuff??? Was hoping to avoid a trip to the store and Toyota isn't answering the phone (grrrrr).

thx....

IIRC the pink stuff is premixed and the red stuff is not. What part number do you have?

Hmm.

Can you post a pic of the jug?

It's the little things in life, I'm guessing I have to dilute or wait 'til tomorrow when they re-open. Got someone otp and no one is willing to go in the back and just swap out bottles for me since Parts/Service is closed today......

Headed for DI water, thx for this.....could be worse :).

Also just a note, according to the ingredients listed on the bottles, they are not the same formula. LL use benzoate and the SLL uses sebacic acid.

DONE - running like a champ.

Benzoate vs. Secacic Acid - been too long since I had some genuine knowledge in chemistry, will have to dig around whether I now need to consider a coolant flush but for now, she's at least roadworthY again and NO LEAKS.
