See i did but all of the info i got was that you had to totality replace the steering components no one explained what the issue was just how to fix it. Thank you guys i think that that issue is something i can solve, i was afraid it was going to be something significantly harder. One more question if the drag links were below the suspension what problems would that cause?

Don't put some big ass drop pitman arm on it if thats what your thinking lol

A company used to make just one arm that goes on the passenger knuckle that kept the tie rod in the factory spot but had a cross over arm on the top they might not make it anymore

Im thinking i can just adjust the drag link too keep it from hitting, but i think this is a much more manageable problem than i thought it was.

Sorry i didnt mean adjust, but i think i can come up with a solution that would put the drag link out of the way. Either a modified drag link or sourcing a new part

Ok what are your thoughts? Have you drawn it out on paper? The only cheap way i know of is a bent drag link

I need to take a look and think more about it but im thinking bending the drag link is the way i will go. or maybe finding a way to raise the pitman arm. What are your thoughts? which way would you go?

Pics of what i am talking about chalk on the shop floor top drag link is straight the bottom is bent slightly in the right spot to clear the leaf spring with it turned all the way to the right and give a little extra.

How would that effect the turning radius since you are effectively shortening the the x distance of the drag link?

OR is it possible to add a space between the leaf spring and the axel to compensate? i know the lift is already high but my springs are pretty flat. I could also change the position of the shackle to reduce height

Blocks in the front are illegal in the state you live in and are dangerous af changing the shackle will do nothing

I didn't know that, and it seems that bending is my best option. The other idea i have is lowering the power steering box but i havent figured out if that is possible

why would you not just get trail gear high steer arms? They are cheap and will get the job done without problems. It sounds like this SOA will be a hack job. No offense but just do some research first. springing over a truck is easy to do, but a little harder to do correctly to not put you or others in danger of getting killed.
