It is the 4" HFS/CCOT full lift kit. I'm not sure about a reversal kit; the front and rear shackles are the same. What size lift is that? I can't tell, did you use the CCOT reversal kit up front?

40s did great in the park. Those are some terrible roads down there though.Man. How was the 40 on all the washboard roads? You guys go to Guale?
I've got a little bit of rear driveline vibration/rumble right at 40 MPH, but other than that it did great. I'm thinking the rear driveshaft may need new u-joints? The noise goes away above 40. Thoughts?
Good question. Sounds like I need to do some studying on this subject.Carson, what are the working angles like on both rear u-joints? What you describe is a pretty classic symptom of unequal working angles and/or to much angle for the u-joint even if they are equal. The more lift you have, the worse the working angles will be (without shims).

Thanks. I think you may be referring to the bows that support the OEM-style soft top. Here is one picture that I took during the install. Hope this helps. What an amazing job you have done! I feel the urge to "borrow" your design! Don't you have ,by any chance , a photo of the rollcage used as a base for the soft top?
Put in a double cardan on the TC side and point the cardan up to the TC.I pulled the rear driveshaft and took the ole mutt on a nice long drive. There is no vibration or any other sounds when I'm running on the front driveshaft alone. So, it is definitely caster or the rear driveshaft is out of balance. I would think that the HFS 4" setup would account for the driveline angle change, and I haven't found any other references to issues with it while running this lift. What do you guys think?

Thanks, Lee. After reading this, I immediately noticed that my rear diff was slightly angled upwards. And, it looks like we are about 4 degrees upwards. Is the solution to install 4 degree shims on the rear spring packs to make the flanges parallel? Where is the best place to buy them?
