That looks sick. How big is it? Pretty fine lines to get out of a plasma unless that thing is the size of a full sheet.
It's somewhere between 30-32" wide and around 24-30" tall. I'll have to measure it this afternoon.

Johnny, I texted you about having issues with my plasma table and FireControl. Even posted a thread about it.

You texted me? I didn't get it. You texted my 919 area code number?

I'll check the thread.

Johnny I texted your old number I guess, (518) area code

Delete that one, I haven't had that number in over a decade, lol.

Not much of an update but I did mock up the rear lower links

Hope to have a roller again before Christmas

Got my plasma table up and running for now. Got the YouTuber, Austin Niemela, to send me a file for his front upper third link bracket. Got it cut out and tacked together. This is the one for the axle side.

Bent two of the pieces with my new Swag DIY weld together finger brake

Next up is to make my own front coil over mounts. Got it designed and ready to cut

What are your thoughts on this? Its been on my list, just kicking it around in my head. Would be nice to hear first hand how it works.
I’ve only used it once. So far I like it. Place it on the lower die, square it up, and bring down the top die right on the line. Bent that 1/4” pretty good. I’ll post up pictures of my coilover mounts when I get them bent up

I love my Swag finger brake and it is a core part of the garage. I purchased it halfway through my project and I would like to go back through and remake a few parts that I purchased.

I would just add that the air powered jack makes it a lot easier when you’re bending thick stuff. My first bends were on 3/8 x 8” framework for link mounts and the air motor does more than I can with the handle.
