It was in Russian originally but I got it translated well enough to understand. Hopefully this helps and it has the directions for changing to units from metric to freedom. If it weren't for the center speaker clearance issue (and having to cut the dash) I would have bought this already

Man. Been jamming through the instructions and I just cant get any of the units to change. Doing it exactly as it says. Strange. Maybe I locked myself out somehow...? lol

Center speaker mod. Technically you can still use the factory spk by drilling holes close to the edge. But, there is a problem. Due to magnetic field by speaker magnet, cluster compass would not work.
I ordered a 2.5” shielded 8ohm speaker from Amazon. Hope it’ll prevent magnetism.
The magnetic shielded 2.5” speaker setup works perfectly and does not interfere with cluster gauge compass. Surprisingly it’s an 8ohm speaker and fits into old speaker bracket. There was some careful cutting and soldering… not prettiest job but functional. I could have easily made the bracket out of ABS plastic but I decided metal is better for hot dash area.
Does anyone know which years or packages have orange and which ones have white/blue?
Its been a fun project. I love doing these kinds of fun new mods. I was pretty confident it was gonna be doable based on other 120 conversions and the fact that the Prado side trims are all the same and the Tesla screens fit all the same. I'm so glad it worked out though since I cut my dash.Of course it's a cracked dash that never got replaced....

I may have mixed up the Tesla screen conversion and your work. Is that your OEM screen? Is so, what did you do to make it look more modern?
I have a 2004 with Nav/Mark Levinson. My unit went out, so I’m stuck without sound, backup camera, climate, etc. I’m considering what to replace.

I've brought in a couple for folks before, but i'm not doing anything really special to get them -- just finding them on ebay. And not something I'd be interested in doing right now myself.
The user @ZIDCONPRO was in my old build thread (fixed link directly to the convo on it) mentioning they were able to get some (and they were also at one point making custom plug-n-play harnesses for the non-nav conversion as well). There was also another thread somewhere too where they were selling them. Maybe was actually on the GXOR FB group?
They haven't been around much the last few years, but I do see they have logged in as recent as November of 2024 so might be worth a shot to message them.
