That is miles not KM, and for the last 5,000 it’s had larger tires without adjusting the speedometer, with that it’s is about 5mph off. Original engine, original transmission, no head gasket work. Just PM, CVS, and I’ve replaced all the suspension and steering rack. Otherwise just fluids and stuff. Original exhaust too.

that's incredible. if I can get another 100k out of my 1999 lx I will be satisfied (178k now) if I get to 400k I will probably just keep it forever no matter what.

Just crossed 260k here

Very good. How many timing belts and water pumps? How often do you service the transmission?

I haven’t had it for that long, but from the service records timing belt and all that has been done 3 times. The transmission has had nothing but a very occasional gasket/filter + drain and fill. Two starters put in, and two/three sets of spark plugs (wasn’t clear if it was all 8 or not each time).

Very happy for you...500k is my goal....I imagine your goal is higher now..ha

I'm at 270k right now....I don't hink you'll have any trouble getting to 278 and beyond!

Mine is at 235k and is like brand new. I think we’ll eventually come to realize that these trucks will last forever.

I’m about to roll the odometer over to 270K myself on my ‘98 LX470. Lots of maintenance to fix that was not done by previous owners, but overall it is in good shape. I’ll post a pic later.

At 220k, And rust Free/ I’m thinking I should just keep my 100. Apparently it dose not matter the miles as long as maintenance and replacement of occasional parts is done accordingly.
Unless a 200 series Falls in my lap, Nothing else really compares to a Cruise
