Glad you got it figured out – most people get the new cap after they get the evap code, you just did it in reverse, ha.

You may just have to but the individual parts for this – when I took mine off, I reused the original bolts and taped the holes on top, temporarily. Do you happen to have the original roof rack caps for sale?
