Petrol guzzler is RHD in aus not as many pterols as diesels and is mint to drive keep up with the traffic easy as and plenty of offroad power as for guzzling my petrol now runs lpg so i ave about 580km a tank to my $69 dollars AU which is lot better and cheap than running petrol

lpg?? Interesting, have you removed the petrol tank and replaced it for a gas tank? I've read about lpg conversions needing lubrication/cooling for the valve train, is this right?
How often do you service it and how is the motor sounding?
How does it run on gas compared to petrol?
Are there different grades of propane required for running a car or?
Have you converted a FI fz?

The tank is behind the cab half under the tray/bed and i still have my petrol tank in use and in std spot, you can get a little oil bottle that hooks into the system for the valves i havent worried about it ,my brothers 1fz-fe 80 series has had gas for years and when it did the headgasket ,we took the head the the head shop to get a clean etc and asked him and he said no damage what so ever to valves etc from gas or no damage probs in general
i service my motor every 5000km anyways so no difference ,as for power loss about 1% if any pretty much made no difference at all, unlike my older 3f cruiser 75 series gas power to petrol power was heaps different ,on petrol i run 95 or 98 if avl octain lpg is 108 octain and .all aussie 1fz's are injected no carby ones here

I'm surprised the post I started many moons ago is still going strong - good effort all!

Here is a more recent pic of our machine... See our other thread on building a new internal cage...

Yep,
used a HZJ FRP top and cut it down welded in some box section into the window frame and put in the chequer plate into the window slides and riveted in place, I got a deal on Rhino lining and coated the exterior. ARB roof rack tops the old girl off.
