There are lots of products but a lot of people like POR 15
The video is one of those truck shows and the guuy has nugents Bronco---beats on it doing a little 4 wheeling too! Better not let Ted catch him!

I recently painted my frame which was galvanized first, then painted rust bullet on ( i know it is overkill), and then painted a few coats of POR15 chassis black on top of the rust bullet. As each layer was getting tacky I sprayed the next coat on

I believe POR15 states somewhere on the site that the Metal Ready is not needed if you have sand blasted your stuff. I did the same thing and used it anyway even after reading it was not necessary. Went on great. I did three coats and then three coats of chassis black.

Follow the directions on their site and you are golden.

Oh - and I brushed it and it went on great. I used cheap two inch chip brushes and lost a couple hairs here and there and got them out no problem. Between each coat I just tossed the brushes in the garbage.

It comes off just fine... just need to use a nail brush to scrub it off.

good news. don't gotta worry about getting it on myself

im getting my old motor mounts cut off, new motor mounts welded on, suspension mounts re-welded, sandblasted and painted for FREE im gonna buy all the paint supplies for the guy and he said he would paint it. was going to bring it tonight but he is going out of town so i will be bringing it to him hopefully early next week.
