We just hit 100 responses, and it seems like the radiator is by far the most common issue, with the valley plate leak and water pump well behind In 2nd and 3rd place.

The low instance of the starter failure is interesting. Makes me feel better as I have bought a new starter planning on replacing it pre-emptively but haven't got around to it. I carry it around "just in case" though I know swapping it on a trail would be pretty difficult. Mostly, I carry it just so I won't have to wait two days for the shop to get the part.

I just had a fuel pump recall done on my 14'. Never had any issues but dealer wants to replace parts for free...let me know when to show up ;)

My 2010 has been largely trouble free until recently, the only non-regular maintenance item that has been replaced was the front interior fan unit. Probably collected so much desert sand that it couldn't spin any longer :)
Now around 200K km / 125K miles and had / have the following issues in the past 3 months:
- Radiator failure (already replaced)
- Hood support struts (already replaced)
- Suspension bushings, all in front, some in rear (already replaced)
- Hesitating starter i.e. it sounds like the battery is low, so cranks really slow for half a second then spins up and starts normally
- Fluctuating charge meter, including fluctuating voltage with the engine running. Together with the starter issue I figured my battery was flaky but a replacement didnt make any difference. Guess this means a failed alternator / regulator, simultaneous starter problem is coincidence.
- Leaking Power steering rack
- AC air distribution unit in the dashboard plays up on occasion, doesn't want to blow from the vents that it should. Toyota claims some of the flaps are stuck and wants to solve by swapping the entire unit.
- Center diff lock gets stuck on disengage, need to switch off ignition and restart to complete release cycle.

Waterpump and belt tensioner was replaced together with Cam belt at 150k km.
One broken OME shock absorber in the rear, one leaking OME strut in the front (can't blame Toyota for that), since replaced with BP-51.

Starting to get annoying, seems 10 years is a critical point in the life of an LC200

Well the good news is most of those things are wear items and not major mechanical issues. I would expect those fixes should be good for another 10 years. The power steering rack and AC distribution are definitely things I would hope for more longevity from.

After a week of slowly further developing electrical problems had the alternator replaced. According to Toyota also the battery, which had been replaced a week earlier, was to be replaced again. Slow starting was due to alternator problem, no issue with the starter motor itself.
Old alternator part no: 27060-50390
New part no: 27060-50400

The old alternator spins as freely and quietly as a new one, so no mechanical but an electronic (regulator) problem!

Bumping again and added a choice for Head Gasket since thats all the rage these days.
