Phoenix area bumper install (1 Viewer)

Anyone have suggestions for where you would go for a bumper install? I’m thinking of getting the dissent rear with swing outs. Bonus points if the shop can do a lift and tire install since that’s basically the whole reason for this project. Trying to accommodate 35s for my next set of rubber.
