Finally took a picture of what happened after a little bump and grind with a boulder. It was all NLXTACY's fault, he made me do it!![]()

Man they sent me the wrong ones. I ordered mine to fit my front mud flaps... they're to long :-/. Waited nearly 2 months for the wrong ones.
I used a mid-grade spray paint, depends on your wants. My first set I wiped down with rubbing alcohol, sprayed a coat of primer and used Krylon/Rustolem or whatever, step up from the $1.00-$2.00 a can, might have been a 4 dollar can. took two I think, plus one extra for a touch up. Now this is being said that I don't care about looks as much as do rust. No paint/powercoating will withstand what these sliders are intended for; big nasty sharp ass rocks and stumps. I just put another set on my fathers FZJ too. Perfect fit. 2 for 2!What paint are you guys using to paint these?
