Day two of sitting around smoking....

Dry rubbed hickory smoked boston butt. Currently basting in some special sauce from @jfz80. Also, a first attempt at a smoked MAC and cheese.
No precooking pics. It was early.

Crappy day. Simple food. Problem (almost) solved. Corn, portobellos, country style ribs.

Grilled up the rest of the corn and portobellos last night and added a flatiron steak. Went just a wee touch long on the meat.

Been grilling a ton lately... need to remember to take pictures for this thread. Did a piece of Japanese Wagyu that a coworker got for me for my birthday.

And recently smoked some bacon, pulled pork and made jerky.
