Definitely the runs. I took the run out and the window goes up with speed. I took it out and cleaned it. Going to pick up some silicon spray and see if that helps. If not I will have to replace the runs I guess.

sometimes the window regulator may need to be adjusted/tightened. mine is loose and the window gets cockeyed and kinda gets jammed in the track FYI

Since there is quite a few of us in Asheville now is there any bylaws about approaching g the local dealer for a club discount I don't mind doing it but want to make sure I follow the rules

Runs are pricey to buy but easy to install. They didn't fix my slow up-speed, nor did cleaning and grading the motor. Barely runs up at all when it's in the 30's out - have to give it a lift with my hand.

My runs look fine....no cracks, etc. I cleaned them and sprayed silicon but still slow. I thought maybe cleaning the master switch would help....it was dirty and it took me over an hour to figure out how to get it back together. Still the same.

Mine is slightly cockeyed of I press on it. Might have to look into this too.

Well I just sat through 3 hours of watching the Panther get completely destroyed.

At least the fire was nice and the beer was good. :frown:

That was brutal....... at least the Pats won, but sad to see the Cats get destroyed.

Hope everyone enjoyed the xmas part

Need a little caffeine under the hood. Update on 1FZ build is pending.

Just a trip to the salvage yard this morning for a little Christmas cash. Didn't know about the entertainment about to happen. A scrap car caught on fire. They raised it up to get it closer to try and put it out. Seven fire exstinguisher later it was still burning. The misses was with me and had great front row seat.
Made a little money.

I looked out the kitchen window Friday morning just in time to see this hawk swoop down and land on the boots I had put on my 40 hood while loading up for the xmas party. He was only there long enough for me to find my phone and get this one pic.

There is a large red tail hawk that stays in the area around my house. I have seen it land on the children's swing set and the roof to my shop. Beautiful bird.

Look inside the boot, he probably pooped in there!

Ya know, John did look a little taller this weekend

Spending a little extra time doing office work this morning. Sam (the dog) got all worked up last night around 9:30 and started woofing at the door to go out, he was just out. So I put on a rain coat and took him out. He went straight to what looks to be about a 7 week old kitten. Soaking wet, bloody eye and half covered in some sort of oil from the place next door.

Well, the minimum you get around here is three hots and a cot so we took him/her in, cleaned him/her up and gave him her milk/water/food. Pretty beat up but lots of fight and energy. Heather calls him Spud cause he/she looks like a dirty little potato. Well, Heather rolled out of here at 5:30 and Spud became the 8th mouth I feed this morning before I make coffee :) Don't know if Spud will stay, kinda depends on if our other cat tolerates him/her.

Critters choose you. This guy made it from next door, through a chain link fence in the pouring rain. Heather thinks he saw our fat cat and figured here was a good place to live. We'll see......

You're a good egg, Stan.

Stan, that's kinda how I got this one that now has a heated house on the porch.

She's missing a toe on one front paw but that does not stop her from fighting off a feral Tom that outweighs her 2:1

Don't blame her Sam, that's a pretty cushy spot you have for her.

Bolt-on hybrid technology for LS series motors. Yes, bored at work this afternoon, lol.

Holy crap that is pretty cool. Says you should be able to bolt it on to just about any motor......

But that's about all it says and their website has very little info.

I would imagine a high price tag all in
