All this made in the US talk on a Japanese vehicle forum. My hypocrisy only goes so far.

At least I install drive trains made in the USA

You're quite right. I believe "made in the USA" can often times be interpreted to mean "as long as it ain't made in China".

I have been avoiding US-made Toyotas . . . (Matrix, Tacoma, Tundra, etc) :)

I also wonder if I will avoid future Japanese made Toyota's, though, some day.

Am I the only one who was surprised that the guy in the video actually owned a chop saw...or that he even knew how to work one? Hmm....he didn't seem like the chop saw type. Maybe my spidey senses are failing me?

I have one of the stupid Yeti cups. Got it as a gift. It does great. I bought a Mossy Oak brand copy at Wal Mart for $15 and I actually like it better because it has a pivoting cover over the sip hole which makes it more spill resistant. They both keep ice equally as well. For my dollar, Mossy Oak wins just for its lid. Yeah it's made in China but you know what? So is my wife's china!

I also vote for the Pelican cooler. It's a freakin' tank! It has to weigh 30 lbs dry. Bears tremble with fear at the sight of it. My wife and kids run the other way when they see me struggling to move it because they are afraid I will ask them for assistance. On longer camping trips away from civilization I use the Pelican as my ice storage and keep my food and beverages in a cheapo Coleman Extreme roller (which shed a wheel on our first outing). I just pull ice out of the Pelican as needed to keep up the Coleman.

I dont think they are failing. He went to his neighbors house, his name is Dave by the way, and asked him to help with the "round cutter noisy thing" to cut the cup. He squealed with delight in the video but the blade noise was too high to hear it.

Buying a Yeti does not guarantee that it will was manufactured in the US. This is straight off their FAQ page:

FWIW all roto molded case be it a cooler or just a storage case are expensive. We use them all the time at work. The larger ones we use are easily $1200+ and we drill holes in them to put screws through.

YouTube is one of my main entertainment sources and I love RoadKill. The episodes are funny as heck and the projects are pretty awesome!

This show is also the reason why I want to turn my F550 into a ramp truck. Check out the ramp truck in the video!! Badass!!

Sandy Morris from Greenville SC just took silver in women's pole vault! Her first Olympics.

Heather's fortune cookie last night, could not agree more

The new Taco with Rice's old wheels and new tires.

I got some new gently used Bilstien strut/springs from a guy on Tacoma World for $90 delivered that I will be putting on next.
