Where: Mama Ricotta's located at 601 S. Kings Drive
Why: Well, why the heck not?

We've not tried this in a while. I took an informal survey of a handful of local guys and it seemed most thought they could meet up for lunch this coming Thursday. I picked the location as it is near Uptown (where I work) and as it isn't so popular that there would be a crazy line to get it (flashback to 12 Bones in Asheville last Friday).

I heard from @77cruiser that he was planning to join us and I asked him to reach out to Justus.

Looks like Joanna and I will need a ride from Uptown (we work in the same building). Shane or John, let us know your availability. If no one is passing by on their way, perhaps we can take the trolley to S. Kings. and hoof it.
 
I ride the trolley....it's great! The Charlotte drivers are the crazy ones!

I actually have the next few days off of work. Needed a break bad. Although ill be working on the million side projects I've got going on so not sure if ill be able to make it at all.
 
Schedule has changed going to try to make it.
