Last night I decided to go a different route with the LC, so I will start getting rid of a few things. Starting with a wrinkle black and silver valve cover, and VHT painted exhaust manifolds.

LS swap?

headsup within a month or so I’ll be listing my ARB front bumper; I decided to go a different route; looking for $850 as thats what I paid not long ago; its been primed and painted with truck bed liner a while back for easy touchup

selling a set of front mud flaps off the poverty pack , so the work for no flare and running boards. asking $30.

Upgraded to an Android Auto unit. Perfect working, ancient Kenwood head unit with hands free microphone and bluetooth, came out of an 94 FZJ80. I also have the little cubby that goes below it if you're trying to fill in a double din hole in your dash. Free

those might look great on my 73. Are you willing to strap those to a pallet?
I think @forrest5000 just claimed them in the post above yours. Let me contact him and see if he wants them. If not, I'll look into the pallet. . Never shipped that way before.

I think @forrest5000 was talking about the mudflaps... ???

I can take care of all the shipping arrangements, just need you to strap to a pallet with a harbor freight ratchet strap and either drop them at a UPS dock, or I can have them pick up at your house.

UPDATE:::: just realized the backspacing will likely not work on my 70 series..... OOPS, I'm out.

Selling rear 4" Dobinson Flexicoil springs and 4" to 5" Fox shocks from my 80. I replaced the springs and shocks with Dobinson heavy tapered springs and IMS shocks to help deal with the weight in the rear. I would recommend the Flexicoils and Fox for light Cruisers.
  • The springs are still Dobinson teal but need a coat of paint.
  • The shocks are not leaking and still have a ton of resistance.
Both springs and shocks are currently boxed up and in my garage. Asking $250 for springs and shocks.
4" Flexicoil on the left, 3" Tapered on the right

Later this year, I will be replacing the front 3" Flexicoils and Fox shocks.

I'm looking to buy a set of stock fj62 rear springs, anyone have any laying around? I'm in hickory but willing to drive a few hours to come grab them or meet halfway or something!

I owned one of these when I moved to CLT. Loved it. Sealed fiberglass unit with aluminum racks on the side. I would camp in it. Has 12v lights inside. Sold to a guy building a small camping trailer for the beach that he could pull with a four wheeler.
