I’m just basing that price off of what money 80s are going for now. A HG ain’t cheap to do if you have a machine shop that does a good head job and buy oem parts,

Half of the expense is labor, which is much less of a factor when it's out of the truck, but I digress.

Following several years of neglect, my 40 has gone into disrepair. I’m looking to sell the custom bumper and Warn winch to raise funds for a variety of projects. I kept the factory bumper and plan to reinstall it. Price includes bumper, D-rings, winch, service kit and remote, as pictured, and battery cables.

Winch details:
Warn 8274 Winch / Part No. 8403 / SerialNo. 79861 / Date Code BE8
Oil leaks from the lower housing by the spool. I suspect I may have filled with more than the requisite 6 oz. New owner’s use of service kit should hopefully solve the issue.

Just found myself on 40 thinking about this if it was still available. Good you are keeping it. I keep wondering how I can fit another 80 in the driveway anyway but think it is inevitable.

Getting close on pulling the motor out of my wife's 95 80 series. Motor has a wrist pin knock, at least that's the general consensus. Alternator is shot. Trans and T-case never gave us an issue. It ain't perfect but it's FREE! Come and get it quick because it's out of here to the recycle man. PM me if you want it.
