Ohhhh, that thing is nice! I feel like I need a 60 Series next, though... Something that is easier to get parts for than an HJ45.

I texted with the owner. He says it's a 350. Three on floor. Disc brakes in front. Floorboards are crusty. Busted windshield. Rear glass and motor bad. Missing headliner. Upholstery needs to be re-done. Wife has given me the requisite nod of approval but it's a super busy week for me. I don't know when I'll be able to get up there. Somebody will likely beat me to it. Seller said he had two folks looking at it today.

Just got texts back from seller....he is telling me that it is new motor in back window and that glass needs to be installed but he has the glass.....he shot me some more photos I will share.....

I'm not going to get up to Asheville this week. My schedule is packed and I have vacation plans for next week. Somebody go get it. I'm out. Jeff, thanks for sharing the photos. I guess it could be a lot worse. I wish it were a lot better though. Those roof gutters are kinda' scary (which would account for a lot of the floor issues and headliner fubar) but it's typical 55 problems...nothing out of the ordinary.

8 person instant tent for $42....normally $250+.

New edit: lots of prices went back up....but still a lot of great deals. I hope they don't cancel my 3 orders of tents, cots, sleeping bags, etc.

A "purist" says the man who drives a 355 ci FJ45 @jfz80! I'll have to relinquish my first-in-line status to someone else. There's no way I can get up to Asheville this week and next week is my kids' Spring break, so we'll be away. If it's still there in three weeks I might go take a look.

Was just comical.... i got up there first and she let me have a look even though another guy was scheduled in 30 min. She was getting blown up with texts and reading them out in amazement and i said "I bet i know those nuts too". Sure enough used her phone to take some pics for her and that text chimed in LOL

Drives good, brakes decent, needs tires bad, but a huge project. More bondo than bacon. Hand sculpted rockers, rear sill gone, fenders riveted and skimmed, every floor panel has holes. Of course i still loved it but not the project for me. Id rock as a 1000 beater in a heartbeat though.
