BTW, I don't know if you saw but Discount Tire is running the $100 off $400 now. I got 4 Cooper STT Pro's for $1202 installed. They should be here Tuesday or Wednesday.Don't worry. @jfz80 will probably stumble across something for you before too long. Until then, just make sure you only need a spare when you're with us at URE - much more common than the 295's!

Gents, Time to start looking for replacement rear quarters for Shasta. As some may have witnessed, a tree jumped out from behind me at the xmas party. I don't think I can get away with just the outer skin. Cruiser yard just quoted me $1000 minimum. Is that crazy?
Anybody have a line on 60 being parted? on the PS i would need just the outer skin and dog leg. For that side I was looking here ->Toyota Land Cruiser Rust Repair Panels

You should be able to get away with just the outer skin. There isn't much to the body back there.
I'd be game for going halves on a 60 to part out if you can find one pseudo-locally without much rust. Doesn't need to be running.

That'll buff out! I would try to beat it flat and stitch it up., maybe do the football trick from the inside to get it back to shape. Skim it and buy one of those nice rear bumpers with the quarter protection plates. That's what I would do. If you don't get some protection back there and if you continue to wheel it, it's gonna' happen again.
Edit: Oops! I see now that you are talking about the dent way up high. Aw hell! That's just character!

I'd be interested in some parts if this is going to be parted out. B-pillar seat belt covers, some seat fabric, rear speaker grill/hardware, grill and light surrounds.
I know where a fj62 is but its just north of columbia sc. Seller wants 1k for it. He keeps the engine and axles. I assume when he says engine he means trans and transfer as well but not 100% sure. One of the fenders is bad but other than that to my memory the body as in pretty good shape. Technically i need the opposite side of the truck ontherxs needs but i doubt i could come of with the $$$ for my third unless i sold the 40. Broke as everything right now. If interested hit me up with a text 864-325-2313 and i will get you his #. It is the person i bought the 40 from.
The quarter panels would work, but the other parts I'm interested in are fj60 specific stuff. Thanks for the referral though, that sounds like just what I would want

Anyone interested in some Hankook 295's for $350? This is 4 tires and a NEW spare. I need the spare until I can find a 315 spare. I will post pictures when there is more light. There is still lots of usable tread left.
L&l in Shelby has or had a 60. The metal was good last time I saw it. It was not much left last time I saw it
