I bought the Dobinsons one on Amazon and it was at my house in 2 days for under $100.I have the plate, just meed the cylinder
I bought my Snap On 3/8" drive torque wrench almost exactly similar to this one 35 years ago and it has never given me any problems. Checked it's calibration twice while working in the steel mill and it was good both times. I also have a Snap On 1/2" drive that has been good. I do admit to using a HF 1/4" torque wrench- it's worked OK for me, always use it on things like oil pan bolts, etc.
I don’t trust my HF torque wrench. My 1/4” was never calibrated correctly. It striped off an 8mm bolt head.
