I have the plate, just meed the cylinder

I don’t know if I would.?.?
I’ve have not been burned yet on EBay.
Key work YET.

I would get one from Sears for $100.

I got my old snap on inch pound off eBay years ago. I love it. But I’m scared. Haha. The gearwrench off amazon is 75 bucks. There is a craftsman at sears for fifty and change. I have an OLD craftsman 1/2” that still works great, but I am missing my most used size, so I gotta get something. I’ll sleep on it a few nights.

I’ve checked my HF ones at work and calibration has been close enough I won’t worry too much.

I don’t trust my HF torque wrench. My 1/4” was never calibrated correctly. It striped off an 8mm bolt head.

I bought my Snap On 3/8" drive torque wrench almost exactly similar to this one 35 years ago and it has never given me any problems. Checked it's calibration twice while working in the steel mill and it was good both times. I also have a Snap On 1/2" drive that has been good. I do admit to using a HF 1/4" torque wrench- it's worked OK for me, always use it on things like oil pan bolts, etc.

You shouldn't have put a cheater pipe on it!

Man... now I want to give it a try! Something about vintage tools......

Well, I just “made an offer” on another snap-on and got it... will report.

Seems to work good, I’ll have to check calibration.
