Had any FSB's done?

Keep meaning to ask but does anyone else have this sticker on their door jam? What would cause the load capacity to drop by 20lbs? Seems so little to me?View attachment 1094139

Believe it or not, it is a legally required sticker because the added weight of the rear entertainment system (drop down video display) adds weight to the vehicle which in turn reduces the load carrying capacity of the vehicle by the same amount as the weight of the system.

HTH

Thanks! So essentially every '13 plus should have the sticker for 20 lb less capacity?

So my 2011 with the one fold down screen was engineered for the 200 series. When they went to the two screens on the back of the seats it added 20 lbs. Where is the sticker for the added weight of the rubber mats?? This is really stupid!!

My 2015 says 12 lbs...

I figure I could lose 12 lbs, and call it a day and remove the sticker :)

Stupid. Yes. This sort of thing is brought to you by the same people that make it so you can't buy a 70-series LC.

:-)

I have that sticker too. More like Toyota CYA. 20 lbs divided over four wheels on a boxed frame rig is not a big deal from engineering perspective. There's lot of redundant factors built in design. It really is not a significant amount of load that will trigger a strengthening frame or suspension. I think somebody did not use common sense and logic to warrant this last minute change in sticker. That's just my opinion.

I think it's because your Flux capacitor isn't fluxing.

"My carburetor wouldn't carb.

My alternator wouldn't alt.

And my pistons, well they wouldn't work, either."

Looks like your tire pressure sticker has another sticker on it. this could be the reason for the load sticker

Yes it's the new sticker for the rock warrior wheels with new pressure settings.

Conflicting information. Link says under item description it for older model hilux. Title says it for 200 series.

Anyone here ever own an Alfa Romeo? I saw a 159 on the road the other day and it looked nice....

Every time I hear Alfa Romeo I remember the hottest girl who lived above me in college. I called her Alfa! As hard as I tried the closest I got was rides in her car...

Drove to Denver for a quick trip. I saw a couple of 200 LCs per day. I think the few days I was there added up to about 8 months worth in North Texas. Fewer LXs than our roads though, far fewer.

Think I went out with her sister Cody. Man were they blue :(

Wow, I didn't realize there were that many 200's sold last year...I had always thought the LX outsold it. Are you sure about the Sequoia numbers? They just seem low. Granted I have absolutely no idea what it should be, but I figured they sold more than 22,000 trucks around the world.

The thing about the Sequoia is it really only sells in the US and to a lesser extent the GCC but even in both of these markets it isn't doing well. It used to be doing ok in the US but it is too old and hasn't been redesigned since 2008. They sold 11806 last year in the US and i guess the rest mostly went to the GCC/Middle East. I think they will end up killing it soon.
