With the success of other recent large SUVs I think they will revamp the sequoia similar to the tundra again. It was probably dead 3-4 years ago but brought back on table which is why no updates recently. They need something between the 35k 4Runner and 80k LC price wise. My 2 cents.
Maybe they can introduce lower spec 200s to fit that market? Lower spec/mid spec 200 without extra tech just the stuff you need, maybe even a 4.6 option? But i understand it won't satisfy those looking for something the size of the Sequoia and the large SUV's.

A 70 costs around 35k at the local dealer here. Used to be even cheaper. If memory serves me well back in 1999 you could get a standard 100 series IFS G with barn doors, roll up windows basically nothing not even airbags, only a casette player and the 1FZ-FE with 5 speed manual and part time 4wd for around 27k. My 2006 GX-R mid spec cost around 45k 10 years ago.
The lowest spec 200's on sale available now go for as low as 45k.
Hi guys, what are you seeing people use for awnings on the rear over the hatch on a 200? Any suggestions on the best fit? The fox/bat/manta-wing 270deg+ awnings look to have an aluminum arm that fouls the rear hatch/wing, I believe?
I think we'd need a very specific wraparound awning so as not to damage our rear hatches/wings?

I've actually left my awning off after I put the roof rack on, I really should make time and put it back on... the rear wing doesn't stick up too much so i'm sure the awning can be mounted in a way to clear the open tailgate. With the brackets I had previously to mount onto the roof rails the awning sat a little high and was higher than the tail wing.
I know I should know the answer to this, but I don't.
Can someone tell me what Halogen bulb types (non HID) a 2011 200 series uses?
I know the DRL shares the same bulb as the high beams, and the nighttime driving lights are their own bulb. I just don't know the correct bulb type/code.
I'm a somewhat inexperienced 'wheeler. I need to get in gear and get some experience in preparation for Moab. I took a little ride in the mountains today with my 2Hundy. Tried some washes and steep sections. Nothing too crazy. Just trying to get an idea of where the edges are and what the ground clearance is.
