I have a Warn 12K that was on my Excursion, but I am going to flip that and go with a smaller one with Synthetic line.
The plastic bumper fascia is included as is the winch mounting plate. I confirmed all of this with TJM and the vendor as I had some questions in regard to it as well.

Summit can have one on April 14th as it were. At least thats that they said when I called them, however I ordered it from a different vendor for $1188.87 delivered. I went with this one because it had the fog lights, provisions for washers and parking sensors as well as being airbag compatible. The others might be to, but I wasnt sure. Plus, I liked the way it looks and the service was great.

My T13 Summit order has gone from Mar 6th (when I ordered on Feb 2nd) > May 27th and is currently at April 3rd LOL. If someone is really able to get them through long beach in a couple of weeks I'd cancel and reorder
