you can see i'm cutting that POS^%*&%^&$ body mount out in that last pic.
Nothing pissed me off more than getting hung up on those hunks of junk.

Tube fenders will tie to the front of the rocker

not to shabby, now its time for a cut and turn that axle?

axle is turned, just not as much as most people turn em,

caster is set at 4.5deg
and the pinion is pointed up 7deg

no issues with binding

If anything happens in the front end, I will get a new housing, I really think mine is tweaked at one of the bells But i'm not sure if it is enough to make to concern myself with.

Cage turned out pretty nice, I like how it kicks in like a dovetail

Looks sweet man! Are you going to add any tubing to the outside of the sliders? I guess they are usually used to prevent a bit I little door damage, but I don't think that you are too worried about body damage but I didn't know what you are planning to do.

I thought about adding tube for about 5 seconds but quickly decided I would HATE being any wider. If I dent my doors, oh well. Maybe when it happens I'll cut out the F-ed up section and replace with thicker metal, or I'll just run without doors on harder trails. I already ditch my windshield when I run nearly stuff.

I care about the body a little I cut out messed up sheet metal like once a month , but the main reason for adding these is to hold my truck together and provide a mounting point for fenders.

But mainly, get rid of those stupid body mounts.

nah i'm not running flux, i'm just burning too hot or something, maybe not cleaning enough, I really don't know. Penetration is great so I'm not really worried about a little splatter. I still kinda suck and welding tube, I need to pull my cage and redo some of the welds, I was in a hurry since I was working at mike's and some of the welds turned out kinda chunky.

Oh, and, seriously all I want is to go wheeling, I need new tires but I’m game to go out with the drag slicks and few more times. Let me know when you get that junk back together. Mine is pretty much ready to go, just need a new PS pump accidentally put a bolt through it, now it leaks pretty bad.

You guys have done a great job with the MT A pillars! Always great to see new cages with the parts worked in to them, well done!

Those Nose Guards can be tricky to nail the frame rails with the large bends. I scrapped a few doing them the first time!

Good stuff, keep on bending! (Ya I like selling stuff but its always cool to see others making parts as well!)
