Are you talking about part 608 on the 60s tab of this page?

Page 117 Land Cruiser Center Console 40, 60, 62, 80 & 100 Series
 
You mine as well replace all the plastic inserts that the clips snap into as they are only about .86 a piece. The part number for those is 67772-20021. I just replaced all the clips/inserts on my 62 about 2 weeks ago...good as new now!

Loving your build! Hopefully about to pull the trigger on a FJ62 next week. Did you ever get the OME kit put on? Can you take a pic of what your tires look like from the front? I'm on the fence about going with 33x12.50 or 33x10.50. Are your wheels 15x8 or 15x10?

Unfortunately I have not done an OME yet. Focused on school right now so currently no job. They are 33x10.50 on 15x8 wheels with a -22 offset. Fit is excellent, I'll snap a pic for you tomorrow. I can't recommend fj62s enough, absolutely love mine to death! And the forums are awesome for if you ever need some help.

I would go with a motor rebuild. Have an audio of the engine?
 
Anyone have any tips for removing the tranny cooler hoses. Mine are pretty seized in there, mainly wanting to make sure Toyota didn't do something sketchy with fever
