Your setup right now will take you just about anywhere you want to go for exploring/expedition. I've got the same setup you have, 33s, 4.10s and a 3" OME and it's perfect. No need to regear or go SOA. Keep it simple.

Also, what weight did you go? I am thinking I'm going to go heavy just because I don't want them to sag.Your setup right now will take you just about anywhere you want to go for exploring/expedition. That is about where mine sits. As long as i have pressure im a happy guy.
Are the Japanese 555 ones from Kurt good?
Definitely got with the 555 TREs... Just did mine this weekend after having a trail break where the TRE connection to the steering arm/pitman arm dropped out of the socket on the trail. Even with me farting around repainting the draglinks and soaking the clamps and bolts in cleaner for an hour it still only took me 4hrs.
Word of advice, count the number of threads you see sticking out and ensure that you have your new ones turned in that much. Use large visegrips as needed (I needed) and get everything setup.
As for the voltage, mine fluctuates some when I have everything going. If you mean you can visibly see it fluctuating, then no but mine will drop to the 1/2 way mark one minute and then after the next restart it will be close to the 3/4 mark.
That's where I'm at. Now I just have to figure out what a good replacement is, anyone want to chime in on that?Mine does the same thing. I wonder if its just an old alternator slowly dying. Watching...
