Well, i got in and out with a few different types of pants and shorts, and it's a little more effort to spin on your butt to swing your legs out, but once your legs are out, then you can slide off the smooth leather on the edge. Once you are in the "groove" it keeps you in place, but I'd say if you had a really bad back, it might be a little harder to get in and out. But, I have to climb into the truck anyway
Hard to compare the backs and fronts, the fronts are built up a little more on the edges and sit a little higher than the rears, but just sliding around on the fronts versus the rears, you can feel the resistance

Yes it matches the dash plastic, with flash it looks funky as one is plastic and other is leather.
I don't sell the cushions, CDAN is the go to man.
Two tone would be pimp with tan inserts in the low back and seat.

I thought Jason was nuts and we met up several times going over combinations and he final choice was the brown, I told him there was no going back and I am glad he pushed me to do it as it looks OE and the tan stitching makes it pop.
But the door panels need to match too.
I actually like the contrast. With tan inserts, it would look like a factory interior color combo.

Add in the brown colored console and seat belt covers, the look would be stellar.
