LANDTANK performance MAF housing

The housing is $205.00 + $15.00 S+H. If shipping to Canada please add $10.00 and expect delays going through customs. All shipments are insured for full value.

Payment via PayPal is preferred at landtank@comcast.net

You get the housing, O-Ring seal, sensor mounting screws and vacuum caps for the FPR line.

YOU WILL NOT GET A SENSOR!

You will need to source your own sensor either new or used, the part numbers are 22204-21010, 22204-07010 and are found on various Toyota and Lexus vehicles.

Installation consists of mounting the sensor in the housing and then mounting the housing on to the filter cover. Replacing the vacuum line to the FPR with caps and then re-arranging the wiring on the MAF plug. Total install time is about 15 minutes.

Attached is a picture of the housing

I've put my $ down to get one. Come on guys - lets get this housing into production. Looks like a great addition to s/c or t/c 80's.

cheers,
george.

Does the housing do anything for normally aspirated trucks?

Yes, you'll find that the truck will run smother, has better throttle response and reports have indicated better fuel mileage of 1 mpg around town. On the highway the truck will down shift much less and deal with hills better.

Sorry for the late reply.

Any way of telling how many people are in currently? I'd prefer not to put down the 1st or 2nd ~$300 and wait 6 months for others to get on board...

Actually I'm about to put the order in this weekend. There is a check in the mail and I need to wait for it. So you could expect a turn around of about 3 weeks from then.

I received your payment and I'll be ordering them by the weekend.

So if anyone else is interested now is the time to get on board as another batch is not likely to happen for some time.

I now have the housing in stock for immediate shipping. Currently this guy on ebay has three listings for brand new Toyota sensors in quantities of 7 sensors per listing.

How does his $55 BIN price compare to our price from Dan?

Yes I do. I might be ordering them before I actually get the 7 people I originally decided on.

Send an e-mail to landtank@comcast.net as I'll tracking interest that way.

right now I have enough commitments to place an order for these. I can paint them black if that is something everyone would want. The one in the picture was for test fitting and quickly looked terrible when touched by my dirty hands.

I'll update this thread when they are available.

There is somebody that is going to try and get some flow comparison numbers together between stock and this one.

I have no intentions on doing any dyno tests.

I want mine black as it should improve HP . Just kidding, keep the price and effort low for the result. I am still interested.
