Hi Brad,
You've received the hardware pack. Your exhaust itself is in another package and is in route to you. You should have received the FedEx tracking number last week via email. I'll PM it to you now as well.
The saga continues!! Come to find out today after spending an insane amount of money and time on this project that this exhaust is not legal in the state of Colorado, sweet!!!!
FYI, that's not state of Colorado regulations, that's your local regulations. The state of Colorado does not mandate ANY emissions testing. Our county got rid of the emissions tests are realizing that through years of this garbage, air quailty was not improved.
My trip to Denver last week also proved (to me at least) that mandatory emissions testing don't improve air quailty. The smog was so thick, that looking towards the mountains it looks like the Congo!
I received my header back exhaust yesterday but have to wait another week for the hardware. I would suggest sending the hardware out earlier so the customer is not waiting on the part of the kit that doesn't have to be built from scratch. I was very pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship and will report back next week when I finally get my Cruiser back on the road again.
Curious if the whole gasket, hardware, O2 bung placement, ect. problems have been cured yet? I am ready to buy, but not ready to put up with trial and error... Have all the kinks been worked outta this kit yet? If not I would rather wait... it looks like an awesome kit, just seems as if that kind of money is spent it should be PERFECT!?

Hi Aaron,
Yes, all of the small issues such as the O2 bung placement and such have been resolved in the current revision of the exhaust. Current build time is approximately 3 weeks from the time you place your order until the time the exhaust is finished and ready to ship.
I have a complete EMS powered system that I put on my '96 LX450. I took it off and plan to sell it cheap, like $500. It has 1,000 miles on it. It's not my cup of tea. I bought a stock system. I missed my resonator on the rear and it cuts across the area where I plan to make a second gas tank. If anyone is interested, let me know by PM.
From reading through this it seems the issues are worked out in the kit. Anyone with comments after having the system on a few months? thanks in advance!
Baktasht, helping people is like pulling teeth, just keep up the good work dude. No one realizes the difficulty involved with making a bolt on system work perfectly. If Baktasht is coming close then I say job well done...I LOVE THE WHISTLE.

I think CycloSteve is running an Aux tank along with one of the EMSPowered exhausts and it fit without any issues. I'm not sure which size/brand aux tank CycloSteve has though.
13 gallon OEM. Take a peek at the pics in my profile to see if it is possible with the LR 44. Sorry can't post any pics in this, iPhone is not cooperating with IMG links.
