They built them up for me for (planned, not bolted on yet) kaymar rear bumper w/ tire carrier, ARB or similar front bumper, heavy winch, 300 lbs of camping gear, and a full-time passenger... He said I could carry way more than that, but that's how he built it to ride normally. Should be a bit stiff 'til I get all that, but I wanted a bit overkill, rather than wear out soft springs in a coupla seasons.

what was your total cost inc. shipping?coz i'm considering getting a set for my 60.

Total cost was $927, I belive, with $120 of that being shipping. Included springs, prothane bushings, and u-bolts.

And, no, she's not Paris - way better than that tramp - she's a CRUISER CHICK!


...side note: these will probably go on in early september, AFTER burning man... As much as it pains me to leave these on the garage floor for a month, I don't want anything to fall off when I'm in the middle of nowhere.

Hey, guys - I've been busy with school, skiing, and pb-blasting the bolts... Plus my girl's '97 7-series Bimmer was in the shop for two months, so she DD'd my rig. Turns out the slow old toyota is more reliable than the sexy black speedmachine. Don't worry, I won't be selling her... In fact, she just cruised past 300k uphill at 65mph the other day. Still love my cruiser! Springs to go on in the next month or so.
