Cooling assembly is done, all the mounts are powder coated. Getting boxed up and put away.
Next up is tacking the motor/tranny mounts. Then I start working on the exhaust system. Need to find a quiet SS muffler.

Looks Good I am waiting on radiator and intercooler..View attachment 1702050

I have a radiator and intercooler setup that I am planning to stack one on top of the other on a single plane in the stock radiator location. I can send you the details of the setup and part numbers. Griffin Radiator at just above 350in^2 and a Mishimoto Intercooler at over 150in^2 which are the recommended specifications for this R2.8. The overall footprint is potentially, at most, 3/4" taller overall than the stock radiator alone, all other dims the same.

How's the noise level on it? I'm looking more for stealth than in your face.

That's the one I checked out.
Thanks for the tip.

Ordered the muffler on Friday, received it on Tuesday. Great service.
Now I have to find the time to fit and weld.

2.5". Initially was going with 2.25", but it seemed like the larger would still fit. We'll see.:hmm:

Any updates?

Not yet.
Got burnt out after getting the motor mounts in, then some family and household stuff happened.
Need to get back on it.
I need to add about 600 lbs to the back so I can measure the angles for the driveshaft and make certain I can actually get one to fit. After that, it should be clear sailing (knock on wood).

All this started because I wanted to do a quick repaint.:bang:
Now my garage is 100° at 8am. Maybe this weekend.
