Yeah true. And the attention to detail :)

We adjusted the valves today. The picture is proof that Roma does work and not just wave a magic wrench and poof it happens!

It would appear I overlooked a minor detail during assembly. That has now been corrected.

Finally! That thing was bugging me all the way from over here!

Indeed Ben. I'm expecting the parts to complete my snorkel plumbing today. Now I just to decide what I will use for a filter box.

How is everything coming along on your project?

Three hunting rifles, two nickel handguns and a partridge in a pear tree..

Nope! More bling............

It's almost time to plumb the snorkel.

It's not real until it's installed.

I logged 196 miles yesterday in a round trip the Chattanooga Tn. Sampson ran like a champ! Below is my proof (since nothing happens on this forum without pictures, them's the rules). That is the Chattanooga train station in the background.

Good to hear Sampson is running well!

Thanks Mark! I really like driving this rig. It runs out so great!! Today I took another ride through the country side. It is suppose to be peak color for the fall season in our area. So I tried to get some good photos of Sampson while the weather and light were cooperating.

This weekend Sampson got his feet dirty. All went well except for a minor clearance issue with the left front tire. Looks like I'll be buying longer shackles for the front. I didn't test the lockers. I never got into a situation where it was needed. The pictures were taken about half through trail so he was much dirtier at the end of the day. It was almost dark and we were headed to the Rattlesnake Saloon for supper, no time for more pictures.

Looks like a good day out!

The park we were riding at had a pressure washer on site, so the big stuff was left on the premises. I will be looking for the next warm day opportunity to finish the clean up.

Gentlemen,
It seems I am going to be radio silent for a period of time. My doctors currently have me on bed rest in the hospital waiting on the next availability for heart bypass surgery. This is not how I intended to end 2017 or begin 2018. But it is what it is! Part of the bad news is that I can't drive for 30 days after the procedure. No Sampson time for 30 days will not help my recovery at all!! For all of my mud brothers of faith I would appreciate your prayers.

This will put all of my next projects on hold for awhile since I won't be allowed to lift anything after surgery for 60 to 90 days. But this must be attended to, so I soldier on.
