Yes, more pics. Also if you have another thread going that shows the Unimog please link it. Thanks!

You guys... this thread is full of pics :) I am struggling getting my Link ECU to talk to a tablet so I can track things like engine temp - don't want to run it withough some feedback from the engine. I'll try to get some focus on it in the coming weeks and actually get it into its natural habitat for some pics..

@Devils Paw 80 I haven't started on the Unimog yet, it's a 404 with the original M180 motor, I found an M130 which will almost double the HP from 80 to 156 and preserve the gearbox. Hope to spend some time on that motor this winter and get it in by spring. I also have a set of 44's for it and if it can turn those, with build a camper for it as well. For now though, it sits waiting for me to get to the leaky seals on the gear box, a blown brake cylinder and the swap.

@BoomerUZ yes, baud rate is correct. The goal is to be able to use a small tablet and an app like "RealDash"; right now the ecu talks to the computer no problem, but when put through the (data) usb to the tablet, nothing. I now have a CAN-USB adapter that I will try and use as an interface to get the two to talk to each other and then go from there.

This is why Megasquirt > link lol

Assuming you did the ECU setting, config, data stream mode to continuous 12hz, F4, then USB to OTG for tablet, Garage - connection - add - link ECU - serial port - 38400 baud - use long data stream.

Then you'll have to use a CAN adaptor which is annoying
