Boy, I don't know if that's real gold-leaf like the moon lander, or just colored aluminum foil, but you definitely have set a bar few of us can ever reach. I've marveled at the cleanliness of your shop, something hardly ever seen at even the best shops for exotics.

Thanks for treating an old Land Cruiser to the "Ferrari spa experience." It is most inspirational.

Wait.....are you saying that my ebay gold heat reflection barrier that came from China is NOT the same stuff as used by NASA?? Ha. I have done some dumb things to my trucks over the years. This may be one of them. We had this for an RV engine cover....stole it from that project. If it sat any longer, the adhesive would turn to goo. It will probably turn to goo as soon as some heat gets going. Ha.

Not hard to give the old girls the Ferrari spa experience when they're surrounded by them.

Grey car is a new GT4C Lusso. It's spectacular.

This is where we put our Dakota stuff.....really clean, really accessible AND the only place it would fit. You can see the fuse panel in this shot too. Only place we could put it. Really nice spot. Also nice on these trucks that when they have all new wiring, you rarely need to access the fuse box....very few blown fuses.

Nice... is the box mounted to a hinged plate that swings up/bolts to the dash underneath?

Yep.

Excellent, that LV looks right a home with all those exotics. Really want to stop by the shop next time I'm in town..

What grey car?

As badly as I wanted to drive her around the block, I listened to my tech and just kept it in the driveway. Still need to go thru a bunch of things on it. Next week it will get the windshield installed and I'll have a tag on it so I can venture out past the driveway.....

We would love to have anyone out to the shop if they are in town visiting....there's always something cool to see in there. We're super close to airport in Tampa...

Looks great! Is that the original rear bumper? Would you be willing to template the end curved section and give dimensions of overall length and height? Thinking of fabbing one up for mine.

No idea on the bumper and it's originality but it's really cool. Adjusting the bumper is on our punch list...let me have my fab guy take some measurements and template the ends.

That would be of a big help, thanks. It does appear original. Not sure on the bumperettes though. Never seen those. In fact, I have only seen one oem bumper in person.

It sure looks like that one in the pic. We'll get a bunch of measurements since it will be off to see why it is loose.
