One horrible shock mount removed. Cut off wheel and some pry bar action and it fell off. Now to attach the oem mount.

I like black on my small blocks these days, it hides the oil leaks ☺️
 
Intake and exhaust manifolds are torqued down. Had to install a freeze plug to block the old road draft tube opening in the rear of the block. New thermostat and sparkplugs are in as well.
Switched gears and pulled apart the front drums. It looks like a haunted house inside. I think this 40 sat for longer than I was told.....lol

Got the front wheel bearings repacked and brakes replaced. Forgot to take any pics of the new stuff. Anyways, it's back together.
Moving on to the rear. It's apart and new parts are ready. I am going to pull the 3rd member so I can install new axle seals and fix the diff leak.
