Why not rent the cabin on trail one that sleeps 18?

http://www.greatcarolinaproperty.com/Outdoor-recreation/Tellico-Mountain-Cabin-for-rent.htm

I am in either way!

I am going up this weekend to this cabin so I can scout it out if you want.

x2 what Dan said. We almost got this last GSMTR. Unfortunately, the owner didn't realize he double-booked it. The other party got it and we had to rough it in our tents.

This one is much closer to the trails, too. No pool table or hot tub, but hey, we can all have a bed.

Looks good to me! I'm all for closer to the trails!

I agree it is closer. But this being the only trip we take a year where we will stay in a house I'd like to be somewhere nice. Something about a pool table and a hot tub makes it a nice relaxing trip. The 30 min drive to the trails is nothing.

I will talk with Alan and some realty companies and we will make a decision.

I dont remember anyone getting in the hottub except for me last yr. So does that really matter?

I agree the drive is no problem. The Chalet is a nice place. It's been good for
us in the past several years of GSMTR and was fine at MLK last year.
Owner is real tolerant of the UC crowd.
BOD makes the call......comes with the turf......hehe
I love the pool table.
Yo Richard....you getting in the hottub was probably why no one else did.
J/K.....I couldn't pass up such an easy joke. :flipoff2:
Have a turkey on me pal when we get there.

I am cool with anywhere. I was just making suggestions since I am going up to Tellico tomorrow and staying at that cabin.

Thats because you were curled up trying to shake the hangover when I got in.:flipoff2:

Yeah yeah I think the problem was that I didnt eat enough to cancel some of those beers and didnt drink any water before bed, all the tricks I learned in my many yrs at Clemson were thrown to the wayside. I'll be on it this yr though I am making the wheeling this time so I can sit in Andy's posh ride and watch JP break something.

That place is sweet Marshall I can't wait for the trip. I'll bring up the fryer and we can throw in a turkey or a couple of chickens as a tribute to the gamecocks for one of the meals if people want.

That is quite a place!

Nicely done!

Mashall what are we looking for on this shirt, like what are we referring to this event as, what kind of stuff do we want on it, etc. lets get that going as well so we can get some designs knocked out.

 to you sir!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is party time

You find a place in clemson that sells them and I'm in. Otherwise we might have to hit up the ingles and get some sam and red hook for pretty cheap.

Cool, great find Marshall!

Count me in and if there is a twin bed still available in the loft, I'll put my name in the hat.

Should be fun!!
