Well thanks to mud I just realized that OEM fasteners for the rear ambulance hinges were screws and not bolts. And im pretty sure I have screws somewhere that are labeled ambulance door. I'll locate them tomorrow. Guess that's what happens when you spread a build over 5 years. I'm also guessing that I may not have an issue with the pins with the smaller headed screw. Will find out soon.

Yep. I screwed up, literally. All good now! Had to get up and take care of it or I wouldn't sleep well. Haha

Had the housing for the brake and clutch powder coated some time ago (years, ha). Installed it today. Also worked on the passenger door. New interior pull handle/lock. Ready to add the vapor barrier that @GA Architect made and sent me. Also cleaned up the light pull knob/ switch and installed it. Ordered the Dakota Digital RTX. Plan to have the bezel painted black to match glove box and ashtray. Didn't spend a lot of time in the shop today, but made progress.

Had a fairly productive day today.

Wasn't happy with the window regulators so ran over to CCOT and picked up some new ones. Got the @GA Architect vapor barrier tacked down with some butyl tape. These things are cut perfectly. I did mess up by running the tape too close to the top and have since fixed it, but didn't get a pic. Not sure why I did that. Live and learn, ha.

Installed the door cards. I used some vinyl paint to turn the new OEM cards black a few months ago. Installed them and the rest of the bits and now the doors are done aside from weather stripping. Maybe tomorrow on that.

Also picked up a new fuel filler and installed it. Old vs new...

Freshened up the fuel vapor separator. It was in good shape, just needed a lil TLC.

Loosley installed the running board on driver's side. I added a strip of neoprene tape bewtween it and the body. On that note, how is that working for you @zerotreedelta? I picked that up from your YouTube videos. I really appreciate your vids. They have been an extremely helpful reference for me.

Coming up on 4 years already, so far so good. Both the 3M clear PPF and the 45-mil EPDM rubber are holding up pretty well.

Glad the info helped, does seem like you're on a similar path. I almost went with your color (it's probably my favorite of the bunch), but also happy I went with build-sheet matching.

Thanks for the feedback and pics. I plan to add it like you did for metal on metal areas. Your cruiser turned out fantastic. You have mad skills!
:)
