Well thanks to mud I just realized that OEM fasteners for the rear ambulance hinges were screws and not bolts. And im pretty sure I have screws somewhere that are labeled ambulance door. I'll locate them tomorrow. Guess that's what happens when you spread a build over 5 years. I'm also guessing that I may not have an issue with the pins with the smaller headed screw. Will find out soon.
 
Yep. I screwed up, literally. All good now! Had to get up and take care of it or I wouldn't sleep well. Haha

Had the housing for the brake and clutch powder coated some time ago (years, ha). Installed it today. Also worked on the passenger door. New interior pull handle/lock. Ready to add the vapor barrier that @GA Architect made and sent me. Also cleaned up the light pull knob/ switch and installed it. Ordered the Dakota Digital RTX. Plan to have the bezel painted black to match glove box and ashtray. Didn't spend a lot of time in the shop today, but made progress.
