When it first rolled up I had hope it was a late birthday present from all you guys :grinpimp:.............. but sadly no :frown:

but it does belong to a fellow cruiser head in the upstate name Bruce Schwartz; I believe it is a 1987 and Bruce has owned since 1988. It is the cleanest FJ60 I have ever seen!!!

so anyways wanted to post this up and give Bruce a chance to introduce himself; hopefully we'll see you out at a meeting soon Bruce

Who needs motor mounts anyway???

Nice looking 60 JP.

Hey stop hijacking your own thread...stay on course.

Thats my dad's truck. Its a pretty truck, holds up better than mine. Of course he treats it a bit better.

Thanks, JP for the intro. I already know I can't make the December get together but I hope to meet more upstate cruiserheads early next year.
Here's another pic of my cruiser.

I'll go. Quit let your 60 kiss Jeeps, you will end up with mutt trucks :)

Oh, and here's a pic of a "K5 with character". No way my cruiser is ever going there!

You mean never gettin lifted and the such or never goin up that trail?

You got that, looks a lot worse than it is. Even one armed steve made that climb in an unlocked/unlifted/unarmored 40 w/ no oil in the t-case :o.

look foward to seein you out soon. Nice lookin 60!

nice 60, where in spartanburg do you live . . . my wife and i just moved here . . . we live on gibbs road at lake cooley

You mean never gettin lifted and the such or never goin up that trail?

Probably neither one. My cruiser has never been wheeled hard, and it still looks pretty good, so my plan for now is to keep it as original and "pristine" as possible. If I want to go serious wheelin' I can just take the Blazer, it's already built for it, and it has enough "character" already that I wouldn't be worried about bumping into anything on the trail.
