sounds easy, get rid of the mazda.

That’s my only pseudo reliable transportation... if I get rid of that it’ll be for another daily driver. The Goat Pig seems a little far gone to qualify as reliable transportation, particularly when my commute is 40 miles...

Don't you have a company car?

Don't you have a company car?

Let's not bring facts into this, Andy! I do have a company car. The problem with company vehicles is that the company can take the vehicle whenever the feel like (ie: I switch jobs or get laid off). Always good to have a backup plan. If I trade the Mazda it'll probably be for a Tacoma, if I can get a car-seat in the back.

Bottom line is, I need another garage.

Don't need, can't afford, BUT SOOOO MUCH WANT! That truck is MINT! Wow!

It actually is, Andy. Do a little homework and you’ll see he’s priced it right where it should be. I’ve not seen a mid-90’s Toyota in this nice shape on a long time! For those of us that are car “enthusiasts”, it’s not a lot of cash... if I was looking for a truck, this one wouldn’t be here for sale.

In case you haven’t figured it out, he’s a bit flexible on price... and once it hits BAT (because it will sell there for at least asking) it’s off to the races.

I’d love to keep this one in the Keystone fam!

Not worth it in any Galaxy

That is a nice truck with super low miles. Would be nicer with a 22RE but a 3.0 with changed head gaskets might mitigate that. He should definitely change out that spare tire and wheel before it hits BaT. I might even put the OEM wheels back on but keep the KM2s and pull that brush guard. Originality sells on BaT for vehicles like this. Definitely a fair starting price.

I’m still trying to find $3000 for the goat pig lol

Rick of course the $3000 is negotiable, especially to another club member!!!!

In all seriousness I’d love a 55 - and that one seems like it has “good bones” it’s not even the $3000 that’s the real issue - I don’t have the room - it’s the extra garage that’s expensive!

Sadly, the 3-Slow is a horrible engine... a "beautiful truck with a horrible heart"

For the uninitiated, why is the 3.0 so hated? I know it had head gasket issues but what else is wrong with it? Let’s be serious, a 22R, F, 2F, 3FE, etc aren’t exactly powerhouses either...
