i dont know enough about the newer trucks to answer that directly. however, the thermister is measuring restance and in this system is literally an on/off switch to shut off the compressor should something go awry, like a freezing coil. i would bet the different part numbers are simply the two different plugs on the wiring and the thermister is the same.Does anyone know if I could just splice the correct plug onto my existing later version thermistor? I have no idea how to look up thermistor specifications/resistance/impedance or whatever it measures.
