I would think your best bet is a local upholstery shop. Have you looked into care & restoration products like Leatherqiue some muder's have reported amazing results.

I believe @FloridaFJ80 is installing these Land Cruiser Heaven covers in his LX. I'm waiting to see how it goes.

Metric WAS the preferred vendor, but something has happened with him and he has left a lot of people holding a empty bag of promises and much lighter wallets....
Land Cruiser Heaven seems to be the next possible dedicated leather vendor for the 100. From the pictures I've seen, the 80 leather looks good. Waiting to see some results for the 100.
lseat.com has the proper patterns, but from the samples they sent me, I couldn't find a match to the stock factory grey and the leather seemed thin to me.
Roadwire leather is available through some upholstery shops, and direct from Roadwire, including installation at a local shop. Roadwire's MSRP is $2100. That shows all three rows...

Back in the old days, I found a high quality auto leather shop and had them do my 80 series front seats. We chose the hides, they looked and felt like OEM. It wasn't cheap but they were spot on. You would really have to look hard at them to tell they were not original. Looks like that might be the best route here if you want that kind of quality.
After lots of research and ridiculous quotes from various vendors, I went with Classic Soft Trim- a re styling shop that installed the Roadwire kit. I had them do first 2 rows and paid around 1k installed. More than happy. I believe Costco does the Roadwire kit as well but won't split up the kit and charges more.
What are you're expectations and budget? Towards the lower end of both is the the Lseat product which has had some ok reviews here, but quite good reviews on Porsche and BMW forums where the owners are a bit more anal. Im looking at the Lseat swatches now, and the leather looks good and feels ok. Its not soft like the Toyota leather, maybe closer to the BMW Dakota leather.

How does it look compared to OEM? This may be an easy solution.
Subscribed. I Wonder how the tan or burnt orange from LSeat would look in an LX? $299 for fronts doesnt seem bad.
Triple S, off topic; I like your wheels and your suspension set up, looks nice. Can you tell me about both? Thanks. By the way, I am in the same boat with my LX450 and my Hundy with respect to the leather. Probably our best bet would be a local auto upholsterer.
It's not ultra smooth and tufted like OEM, but rather pebbled like BMW Dakota and most newer OEM non luxury leathers. Was skeptical at first but actually prefer it. It doesn't show creases as easy and is more robust without feeling "cheap"...fits the 100. And I'm picky (last car was an F10 M5 with Merino leather). Hope that helps.
Have you considered having your original leather restored? I had mine done 4 or 5 years ago and the seats still look great. As long as the seats don't have any big tears or cuts the leather should be restorable. My passenger seat had a lot of surface cracks, which the restorer easily sanded down and re dyed. $250 is all it cost me for the front and middle row. I didn't bother with the 3rd row.
Any interior shop could likely refer you to a local leather restoration guy. I had never heard of it until my local shop recommended it.

Guys i have the LX470 covers I will post up pics next week when I install them. I also have them for a 100 series LC. I am currently installing these in my 40th anniversary 80 series. I will post up pics. You guys can then decide on your own.
