It will go fast now. Another question, or two…are you doing water and sewage? If so is that a well and septic?
Just curious as this was the route I would of had to go.

Yes to both. I have a couple of wells and will do a septic. I’m actually going to get it permitted since my county is pretty easy.

Those guys don’t mess around!
They are very efficient. Honestly, I have been really impressed so far. They have an old gentlemen on site that has been employed with Morton for 58 years and various ownership structures. He told me he doesn’t really do any work these days but Morton just likes for him to be on-site and mentor the guys. He was knowledgeable about my plans for the next barn as well. There has been no drama and they have an incredibly clean job-site. The weather has also been great (other than really hot) so far.

Sorry if I missed it, but are there going to be walls? The ceiling finishes imply that there won't be.
 
There will not be any walls on this barn. The next barn will be larger and enclosed.
We call that a "car port" in Alabama.

....not that it's not very nice. :D
