Yes to both. I have a couple of wells and will do a septic. I’m actually going to get it permitted since my county is pretty easy.

They are very efficient. Honestly, I have been really impressed so far. They have an old gentlemen on site that has been employed with Morton for 58 years and various ownership structures. He told me he doesn’t really do any work these days but Morton just likes for him to be on-site and mentor the guys. He was knowledgeable about my plans for the next barn as well. There has been no drama and they have an incredibly clean job-site. The weather has also been great (other than really hot) so far.

I was able to check out the barn status this morning. They are making good progress. I’m hopeful they will be finished by Tuesday or Wednesday. They still have a fair amount of metal to install on the underside and also complete the turkey tails.

I will have at least one bay with concrete and a four post lift. The rest of the bays will be crushed granite rock.

Moving along pretty well. I absolutely hate the white trim on the roof. Not really sure how that was communicated but Morton is going to make a fix for it.

The pole barn will be finished this afternoon. The plan is to have some additional trim cut to match the roof and fix that issue when they return for the larger barn.

This bad boy showed up this morning. Time to make a mess.

There will not be any walls on this barn. The next barn will be larger and enclosed.
