Tenative plans are to go fix the clutch on my 55 and drive it to my new place, drink a celebratory beer, ride up and wrench a little ETA no idea, drink a lot of celebratory beverages while there, drive home.

Sure - Ali's email also is aesprings at excite.com

Ali is planning on going for a run first thing in the morning but is game for anything after that.

Steve she e-mailed Ali and it bounced back PM me with a #number.

Steve great HAMOM my friend you did UC proud. Excellent beers selection, great banter between cruiserheads, and oh yeah we might have even gotten a little work done on your rig. This HAMOM has me excited for the next one.

Great time will post pics and the great video. Thanks to Bob, Greg, Heather, David H, Gehn, Taylor, JP, Chuck, Richard, me and for our great host Steve and Ali.

Got a ton of stuff done on the cruiser.

By the way how old was she? How old was her mom?

Greg I hope you will consider joining UC we need more electrical experts especially with the Cuban.

It is STILL a great HAMOM! We just got done cleaning up and changing the oil and buttoning up for the night. Things look great!

FYI, that oil sure comes out of the pan fast! Oh, and it splashes a lot in a shallow dish. I sure hope Steve doesn't post that photo.

By the way, the neighbor with the mother and daughter across the street drove by after y'all left and said that he "needed that crew at his house some time" since we got so much done. Steve and I laughed a lot once he drove away.

Y'all are great, I can't wait until my HAMOM in September!!!!

I wish I had one today :).

I just put the Cado up on jacks stands to:

- pull both driveshafts and have them rebuilt
- pull both pinion seals and replace
- pull rear t-case extension and replace seal and bearing
- pull front axle apart and completely replace bearings, races, seals, one knuckle housing, all the studs, etc.

I start getting dirty on Monday and will do a few hours a day till it is done!

Glad your HAMOM went well Steve, I hope this means that the piggie will be joining us on trail soon! :)

It was a great HAMOM - thanks to everyone who came! Marshall was a trooper and stayed all day and also thanks to everyone else - David, Greg, Heather, Taylor, Gehn, Richard, JP, Chuck and Bob. Bob saved us with a floor jack, Marshall brough an air compressor and everyone pitched in - especially the Mafia with their heckling! Dang it - I did get that hole drilled no matter how many drill bits I broke or that it ended up too big....its there! Richard - you owe me some high grav beers boy!

We rebuilt my center arm, new wheel cylinders, springs and shoes on the rear drums, one body mount installed and will hopefully be finished tomorrow, rear tag lights fixed, front fog lights cleaned up, some connections cleaned between my battery and starter so hopefully I'll crank 100% of the time now, rear quarter straightened and bondo cleaned up, some rust on rear quarters cut out, and rear swing out bumper just started. We got a ton done. I hope tomorrow if the rain holds out to finish the body mount and last floor patch, weld in seat bracket and install buckets.

Note for future HAMOM hosts - the Mafia likes expensive beer, HAMOMS in the summer get hot, and watch out for antics....if you were there you know! By the way, the video is priceless!

I'm headed to bed but here are a few pics until tomorrow when I'll post up more.

Pic 1) Marshall and David installing center arm rebuild kit
Pic 2) Richard and JP installing new wheel cylinders, pads and springs. What ever caused the driver's side to take so long to finish?
Pic 3) Heather is a good sport...

I have a special video I will post in about 30 min. It is worth the wait. Epic, Classic, unforgettable.

And I bet you will laugh.

Make it snappy - we be tired!

And I don't think you can beat my video. It will not be posted or emailed and can only be viewed at my computer. I think that sums up how priceless this video is. That's all I have to say about that. :grinpimp:

My Piggie will be on the trails soon. All I have to do to bring her back to the trails is get the floor patched up and install the seats...everything else is butter after that.
