Do I have this labeled correctly?

Do you have the FSM? It should give you the answer to this

I do, that’s how I created the diagram. I was just trying to cross-reference on Mud in case I had made a mistake.

Those two metal vacuum lines above the fuel pressure VSV...does anyone know where the hoses that attach to it get connected to?

They attach to the black plastic fitting coming out below on the block called ttv, should have two barbs on it coming off
 
Yes, your labeling is correct!

And it does make a difference where each of those 2 hoses go, according to the FSM

Yup, it goes to the TVV. The hoses that are supposed to go to those metal barbs were tucked up under the intake manifold. I had to use a mirror to find them. Can't believe I wasn't getting a check engine light.
