is your Land Cruiser kept indoors, or do you leave it outside? I’m guessing most are garaged.

Mine is outdoors… my DD… 365 days a year for past 30 years … give or take a few days here and there for various reasons 
I'm guessing you're wrong.
Mine too tall to fit inside, but I got a nice shady spot outside
Mine is always in a garage when not doing local driving or traveling in it.

Mine used to be outside all the time but with the top off she’s become a garage queen.
I don't think mine has ever been inside since 1980 that I know of

No garage. For the first 3.5 years it stayed out front, sometimes under a tarp in the winter.
Last fall I put up a tarport in the back. Last weekend it got an Amazon cover.
The saltwagon lives in the elements! I wish I had a garage for her though. Would be a game changer with fixing and rebuilding stuff

Once had a garage build had up to eight Land Cruisers at a time inside. Some have been sold and another moved to a different property. Today down to five and two non Land Cruiser Toyota 4X4s.
This non operation FST
shares it's garage with this FJ45,
plus a some other LC parts.
These poor cruisers live outside.
One on the left has found a new home. Others are still looking to move on..

Just glad the PO didn't install the lights in the bottom of the windshield across the front of the cap. Camper shell was in bad shape and been gone for years. In a garage it's not heaped full of land cruiser parts.
When I bought the 45 I was ready to sell my FJ62 to get one. Better half really didn't want a cruiser with a automatic transmission, power steering, disc brakes and air conditioning for one with none of those luxury items. Was a nice mid 70s FJ45 in Texas for $10,000. This one was less than half that and kept the FJ62. Have a nice 70 FJ40 that would look good next to you 69.

Mine has been a little bit of both. Some years I didn’t have a garage at all.
Shares space with some other old relics.
