I'll take this as a prompt to update my neglected build thread with some pics of the bumper:

I first learned I needed a troopy from Australian 4wd channels on YouTube. I like to camp all over the US west and Baja California and a Troopy seemed perfect. I once drove the west coast from Alaska to Costa Rica in my old 60. I hope to do something epic like that again. South America...

I have their standard 70 series rear bumper. I don't know if it is on their website but give them a call and they can sort you out with a kit or a built bumper. I had them customize mine with extra drilled holes so I can fit two spares.

One thing to note - the pivots on the swing arms partially block the OEM tail lights. Not sure this is avoidable if you want a nice tight departure angle. So I have some trailer lights back there for now.

Intended to reduce intake noise... How does it work? Is it an empty box or does it have baffles or filling of some sort?
Seems like an odd thing, an add-on after the original design...
